We can suggest is that ask a driver to make the resume of his racing history and find the sponsor as many as possible. Actually, to drive F3 or Formula Nippon, the drivers have to bring sponsors with them. I do not know how much cost will be needed for F3, but for the Formula Nippon, the cost for one car is about US$1.2 million without crash. It will be a contract, so cannot say exactly, but the driver has to bring at least half of the cost. The ability is also important, but get many sponsors is just like "open the door" to drive the Formula cars. If he does not have lots of careers, he will have no chance to get a seat without the sponsors. Many teams may have driver test after the season, so if he get sponsors and make a good result on the test, he might have a chance to drive at the race in 2011.
